The below example is a Home Inspection Report.  The final pages of the report are a summary of the major deficiencies that you should address in your closing. There are comments throughout the report of interest and things a new homeowner can fix. Examples of this would be a new air filter. This report is sent to you through your email account the same day as the inspection once the invoice has been paid. A hard copy can be printed and mailed to you within 24 hours if requested.
