I have lived in Northern Colorado for 38 years and have watched our cities grow. The community we have is like no other when it comes to compassion and helping to better each other. I have spent 23 years as a professional firefighter and am a Shift Battalion Chief assigned  out of Station One in old town Fort Collins. The characteristics of my firefighting profession are of ethics, pride, skill and being a servant leader to those that work for me and that I work for. As a firefighter we are blessed with the opportunity to carry part time jobs in addition to our full time employment. I did not pursue this early in my career as raising children and coaching were my passions. Now that my kids are grown and working through college degrees, I decided to use my experiences to create a company in an trade that I have a passion for. Four of my twenty three years were spent in the Fire Prevention Bureau where I became licensed in a number of inspector certifications.  My knowledge of the International Fire Code, thousands of commercial and multi-family building inspections, School inspections and fire investigations has compelled me to stay involved in the inspection world. The personal interaction with a home buyer is what led me towards the Home Inspection world.  

As an International Certified Home Inspector I feel it is my duty to serve my customers with the same ethics and compassion I have used for the last 23 years.
